Kate Obetta is the Managing Partner and founder of Kate Obetta and Associates. Her skill and expertise to proffer solutions to complex and contemporary issues have been highly commended by the clients of the firm and peers. She attended University of Benin for her undergraduate studies from 1989 to 1993 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1994. She obtained her Master’s degree in University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1998. As a multi-jurisdictional scholar she was subsequently called to the Canadian Law society in 2007. Overall, she has been in practice for 26 years.
Her expertise includes corporate and commercial law where she provides cutthroat advice to companies including FINTECH, Manufactured goods, Trade, Consulting and Advisory. Her other areas of expertise include Real estate, Immigration, Litigation/Alternative dispute resolution and Intellectual Property.
